The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens was founded in 1837 and it is the oldest university in Greece. The Department of Informatics and Telecommunications has been active since 1986, and it is widely recognized as the top Computer Science department in Greece. The department currently has 41 faculty members covering all areas of Informatics and Telecommunications. Faculty members participate actively in many national, European and international research and technological development projects..

TuD

Technical University of Dortmund
The TU Dortmund University provides 31500 students in 16 faculties with scientific education and the opportunity to participate in academic research. The faculty for computer science is one of the largest in Germany with 21 professors. 
The computing lab for artificial intelligence is currently enhanced for big data analytics purposes. The internationally well acknowledged software RapidMiner is taught in addition to a Java framework which abstracts processes on data and MapReduce and GPGPU developments.

Technion

Israel Institute of Technology
For more than eight decades, the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology has been Israel’s primary technological university and the largest centre of applied research. It is ranked 25 among the world’s top technology universities (Times Higher Education Score, 2005). 
In the year 2004, Distinguished Technion’s Professors Avram Hershko and Aaron Ceichanover received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry, for their pioneering research on degradation of intracellular proteins.

Warsaw University of Technology
Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science of Warsaw University of Technology groups two areas of research Mathematics and Information science. Mathematics researches are among others: stochastic processes, probability, mathematical statistics; theory of games, graph theory, control theory, ordered set theory, algebraic topology, general topology, and dynamic sets. Information science researches are focused on data analysis, computer-aided design, geometrical modeling, parallel calculations, neural networks, artificial intelligence, decision-making facilitation. The Faculty strongly cooperates with Business through the special department -Applied Research Center. That allows the Faculty to apply theoretical works in real solutions.
